You are about to sign up for a transformational journey of your Body, Mind, and Heart. By accepting this Operation, you become part of an elite team committed to disciplined self-improvement. Your actions will influence you and those around you. Act with integrity, honesty, and positivity to get the most out of this mission.

MISSION PROTOCOL

By signing up, you agree to follow the Operational Briefing sent to you on the last day of the current month and to focus on four mission objectives for the upcoming month:

  1. Complete one 15-minute workout every day.
  2. Write a personal journal entry for at least 3 minutes per day.
  3. Abstain from sweets (drinks, desserts, candy) and alcohol for the full month.
  4. Write two letters aligned with the Heart protocol.

If you fail to meet the standard on any day, you will make up for it the next day and continue the Operation. Do not quit.
